Made simply with Epsom Salts, Hops and a mixture of botanicals.

These bath salts bring the natural sedative and relaxing properties of hops. Hops have a long history of medical use in folk remedies. There have been studies showing the benefits from several of the compounds found in hops. It has excellent sedative properties, as well helping to relieve anxiety and stress.

No added perfumes or essential oils.

Each bag has 250g of salts. It also contains a reusable muslin bag. Fill the bag with salts and throw it into a running tub. When you are finished, hang it to dry. Next bath you can empty out the dried botanicals and refill.
